Refund Eligibility

At Fynra Flo, we believe in the quality of our personal finance learning programs. You're eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial purchase and have completed less than 25% of the course content. This policy ensures you have adequate time to evaluate whether our program meets your learning objectives.

Refunds are automatically approved for technical issues that prevent course access for more than 48 hours, regardless of completion percentage.

Refund processing begins immediately upon approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Confirmation email sent with transaction details and expected arrival time for the refunded amount.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. In cases of medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant life events, we may extend our standard refund period on a case-by-case basis. What's Not Refundable

While we strive to be accommodating, certain items cannot be refunded. This includes downloaded materials that have been accessed, printed certificates of completion, and one-on-one coaching sessions that have already been conducted. Additionally, courses completed beyond 75% of the content are generally not eligible for refunds, as significant value has already been received.

Promotional discounts and free bonus materials are deducted from refund amounts if the primary course qualifies for a refund.
